Our training programs and classes are designed for all ages, with a focus on adults who want to make a serious commitment to their long-term health. Nick
Nick
Nick is a certified functional fitness trainer with 5+ years of experience in both personal training and group fitness training. Nick graduated college as a scholar athlete at the Div 1 level and is a former professional athlete. Nick found his passion for fitness over 10 years ago after realizing the profound impact it had on not only his athletic career but everyday life. As the head trainer at Over The Top Athletes he strives to make that same positive impact on each person that walks through the door.

Denise
Denise
Denise completed her 200- hour Yoga teacher training through Uplifted Teaching Training and is amember of Yoga Alliance. Denise’s practice continues to evolve through continuing to participate inworkshops as well as enjoying practicing with her colleagues. Her teachings focus on incorporatingpostures and breathing techniques to quiet the mind and relax the body to create a moving meditation. Each class focuses on each student’s individual level while creating a safe and nurturing environment. Special attention is paid to deep relaxation to revive the body, mind and spirit.

Guiding people to a healthy and active lifestyle has been my passion for over 20 years. I mostly enjoy seeing my attendees get stronger, longer and leaner. My methods are simple, classical and easy to follow. With me, you will improve your flexibility, balance, toning, strength & conditioning. All levels and abilities are welcome in my classes. Join me as we get stronger together. AFAA Group Fitness Certified. Les Mills BodyPump Certified, Keiser & Schwinn Cycle Certified, Barre Above and Mat Pilates Certified.

Natalie

Natalie
Natalie is a certified fitness professional with over ten years of experience, and a passion for helping all participants succeed in their goals, no matter their experience level. This passion is what drove her to complete both an undergraduate and a graduate degree in Exercise Science, as well as multiple certifications ranging from a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor to a Behavior Change Specialist and Spinning® Instructor. After spending years as a Master Personal Trainer, Natalie transitioned to Quinnipiac University as the Assistant Director of Fitness and Well Being and continues to strive for ways to connect with people, spread the love and joy of fitness, and help each person to become strong and healthy in their own journey through Over the Top Athletes.
